"The Father of Television"

ZWORYKIN, Vladimir K.  (1889-1982).  Russian-born American inventor and engineer. Invented many electrical devices, notably the iconoscope (1923) and the kinescope (1929).  He created the first all-electronic television. Bets known as “The Father of Television.”  In 1939 he also invented the electron microscope.  Wonderful printed photograph, 8”x11”, B&W, of the inventor dressed in a suit and holding one of his inventions.  Removed from a book, signed and dated Apr. 19, 77.  The contrast is good. Zworykin signed material is uncommon in any form....................... $225.00
