WAYNE, Ronald (1934- ) American technologist, one of the three co-founders of Apple Inc. along with Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. He is often referred to by the media as “The Forgotten Founder of Apple.” Wayne penned the founding contract as well as the company’s original logo-now a worldwide icon. In addition he created the first Apple Operations Manual. Wayne claims that Steve Jobs skillfully swindled him out of his 10% share of the enterprise. The original contract signed by all three co-founders sold in 2011 for 1.6M dollars. It is expected to be sold at Christies Auction in January 2026 and expected to sell for 2-4M dollars.
