One page, oblong folio, Washington, August 2, 1915. Countersigned by Thomas Gregory, Attorney General. Large red paper seal of the department of justice affixed to the lower left corner. President Wilson appoints Helen V. Bridge a Notary Public for the district of Columbia for a term of five years. A very clean and fresh document.
