Commander of French Underground resisting Nazi’s WITTENBERG, Charles   Commander of French Underground units resisting Nazi’s in World War II. He operated a printing press to forge visas and passports to smuggle Jews out of Nazi controlled lands. He spearheaded a Canadian lawsuit to establish that deniers of the holocaust had defamed Canada’s Jews.
