Original 2 inch strand of hair from George Washington
WASHINGTON, George (1732-1799). Military General, Founding Father of the United States and First President of the United States. One appx. 2 inch strand of hair from the head of George Washington. Placed inside a 2.5”x3” stainless steel frame. Comes complete the original signed Certification from Charles Hamilton dated July 12, 1992 and a copy of the original authentication written about 1845. The original hair was sold to Stephen Koschal and his Certification dated July 12, 1992 is also enclosed stating this is the hair handed directly to him by Charles Hamilton and it has not been tampered with.
A third Certification is also included from Stephen Koschal dated February 12, 2015 stating that he has removed one strand from the 15 strands sold to him by Charles Hamilton. Most likely, this strand of hair from the head of George Washington is the most well documented. The four items...........$775.00
