Henry Wade of Roe v. Wade WADE, Henry (1914-2001). In 1939 Wade joined the F.B.I. Texas lawyer who participated in two of the most notable cases in the 20th Century. He prosecuted Jack Ruby for killing Lee Harvey Oswald and the U.S. Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion Roe vs Wade.  Copy of the Affidavit of The State of Texas vs. Lee Harvey Oswald for Murder.
