TOOLE, Ottis (1947-1996). American drifter, convicted of six counts of murder. Admitted to multiple rapes and cannibalism. Koch. In part: “I am interested in who had the drawings you described... sounds like Rick or Harold... there are some strict rules here... I’m not allowed to conduct a business through the mail here and these people at times claim I do, But I do not! At times people such as yourself ask for drawings and wish to purchase them for an exchange…these people here call that a business which is ridiculous... but they will allow you to send a money order for canteen purposes... I am in hard times now and could use some money for tobacco, coffee and cosmetics... I’ll start drawing for you this week...” Signed “Ottis E. Toole”.
Together with the original envelope from Florida State prison with Ottis E. Toole’s name, prison number and return address written in the return address portion of the envelope. In excellent condition.......................$100.00
