THURBER, James (1894-1961). American cartoonist, author and playwright. His cartoons mainly published in The New Yorker magazine. His book: “The Years With Ross.” Atlantic Monthly Press Book, 1959, Fourth printing. Three hundred-ten pages., some illustrations. Thurber has written a short inscription, however it takes up a full page of the front free endpaper; “Happy Days, Tony Ilfort?
