SUHARTO (1921-2008). Second President of Indonesia. He held that office for 31 years (1968-1998). He rose to Major General following Indonesia’s independence. Like many Javanese, Suharto has only one name. Photograph, 3.5”x5.5”, B&W, head and shoulders pose, looking quite official. Signed and dated “11/9/70”.
