STARRETT, Charles Durango (1904-1988). American cowboy star of innumerable second features of the 30’s and 40’s. Inactive since 1952. Best noted for Sagebrush Heroes and Last Days of Boot Hill. Attractive movie still from West of Abilene . Great vintage photograph of a group of cowboys alongside a wagon, shooting it out. Nice action scene. Boldly inscribed: “Ray, watch it!
