SITWELL, Dame Edith (1887-1964). English poet, novelist. Envelope addressed to her friend Monroe Wheeler at the Brown’s Hoel Dover Street , London. Three Italian postage stamps cancelled Firenze 15/10//52. On the verso she has signed her name as “Miss Edith Sitwell” and added a six line return address.
