SHAPIRO, Ted (1889-1980). Composer, pianist, songwriter and sheet music publisher. His song “If I Had You” (1928) was a song about a hit record. It became a Jazz and vocal music standard with dozens of recorded versions starting with Frank Sinatra. AMuQs, the composer has written two lines of music along with the lyrics to “If I Had You” on printed music paper measuring appx: 3.75”x9”. He has identified the music.
