SCHMITT, Harrison (1935- ) Apollo 17 was the last of the Apollo missions to the moon. Schmitt was the 12th person to walk on the moon. Choice official NASA color portrait of Schmitt in his white space suit, holding the American Flag which is pointing towards earth. Inscribed and signed by Schmitt’s hand: “To Jeff Jack Schmitt, Apollo 17.” The reverse bears the Official NASA logo, National Aeronautics and Space Administration and a short biography of Harrison Schmitt.
