Said to be Japan’s Most Famous Pilot SAKAI, Saburo (1916-2000). Japanese Naval Pilot during WWII. Ace, credited with 64 victories. At one time he chased two B-26’s. He shot one down the other was hit but got away. Later he learned that the B-26 that got away was carrying Lyndon B. Johnson. Photograph, B&W, head and shoulders pose sitting in a cockpit.
