The First Man to Survive an Airplane Crash as a Passenger

REMINGER, Oliver
(1884-1987).  He aided the Wright Brothers and in 1908 while demonstrating their first plane to the U.S. Army, the plane crashed. Reminger was the first person to survive a plane crash as a passenger.  FDC commemorating the Rockwell Strategic Bomber Tests. Cancellation at Edwards, Ca, June 13, 1975. Signed by Oliver H.
