PRINCE ADALBERT OF BAVARIA. (1886-1970). Born in Munich, Bavaria. Joined the Bavarian Army and was an officer throughout WWI. Typed letter signed, one page, Munich, November 9, 1970. He says in part: “..it hurts me to have to tell you that my son Konstantin was killed in a plane accident on July 30, 1969...according with your request I am sending you an autographed photo of myself.
