PEACOCK, Thomas H.  (1847-  ?)  He was with the Custer Cavalry between 1863 to 1865. He was present at Appomattox when General Lee surrendered to general Grant. Senior Vice Commander in Chief of the GAR.  Full signature on a slip adding in his hand: “Senior Vice Commander in Chief GAR, 4608 Lyndale Ave. So. Minneapolis,Minn”.
