Rare A.L.S. of Rosa Parks
PARKS, Rosa (1913-2005). African-American Civil Rights Advocate. The U.S. Congress calls her “The First Lady of Civil Rights.” On December1, 1955 she refused to give up her seat on a bus to a white passenger. Autograph letter signed, one page, May 15, 1993, she writes: “Dear Steve, Many students write reports about around the country. Some of them send me copies and say they get good grades. I hope you did well. God Bless You, Rosa Parks.” Autograph letters signed by Rosa Parks are considered quite scarce to rare. In excellent condition...........................SOLD
