Norris, Roy (1948- ). American serial killer who with his partner Lawrence Bittaker were responsible for torturing, raping and killing five girls with tools normally found inside a household tool box. Known as “The tool Box Killer.” They killed the women in their van known as the “Murder Machine.” Envelope hand addressed. On the top left corner Norris has signed his name, added his prison number and return address.
