Large embossed wafer Seal of the Commonwealth affixed to the top left above Mifflin’s signature. Ornate printed heading by F.&R. Bailey. Grant of land to John Nevill, called the Mill Seat, in Washington County. Light browning around the edges of this document and to Mifflin’s first name.
