MANSON, Charles (1934-2017). Drifter whose “family” committed the infamous Sharon Tate/LaBianca murders in 1969. Two of his followers Sarah jane Moore and Lynette Fromme were imprisoned for attempting to assassinate president Gerald R. Ford.
