LAWRENCE, Barbara (1930-2013). American actress and model. She won the title of Little Miss Hollywood in 1942. Her first film was Billy Rose’s “Diamond Horseshoe (1945). In March 1948 she was stabbed in a movie theater and her wound was quite deep. She died in November 2013 but it was nor reported until January 2014. Wonderful photograph of the beautiful Lawrence, head and shoulders pose, smiling. Measures 8”x10” inscribed and signed on the dark portion of her sweater: “To Vernon, Best wishes, Babara Lawrence.” Entire inscription readable and in fine condition...........$95.00
