RFK faced two rival candidates, Eugene McCarthy, and Hubert Humphrey. Cover with a printed statement by McCarthy, boldly signed by McCarthy with a large franking signature cancelled Washington, D.C. Portrait of Johnson and the Great Seal of the President. Affixed is a U.S. 5 cent Register to Vote stamp cancelled Washington, D.C. Jan 10, 1967. Boldly signed by Hubert Humphrey as Vice-President of the United States. All three items in fine condition. KENNEDY, Ethel ((1928- ) American actress, appeared in Cheer (1982) and Ethel (2012) . Many wonder if she is being stalked by a deadly curse. Both her parents were killed in a plane crash (1955), she was a sister-in-law to JFK who was assassinated, she is the widow of Robert F. Kennedy who was assassinated, she had eleven children with him. In 1984 she lost her son David because of a drug overdose and in 1997 her son Michael died in a skiing accident. Scarce, genuine signature at the top of a half title page to a book from her library. She printed out her name as usual to indicate ownership of the book. Not a common signature.
