KELLY, Grace (1928-1982). Academy Award Winning actress who after starring in several significant films in the early to mid-1950s, became Princess of Monaco by marrying Prince Rainier III in April 1956. On September 13, 1982, Grace suffered a small stroke while driving back to Monaco from her country home in Roc AGL. As a result, she lost control of her 1971 Rover PC 3500 and drove off the steep, winding road and down the 120-foot mountainside. Striking color photograph, 5”x6” head and shoulders pose of the beautiful Princess Grace. Boldly signed with a 3.5” signature. Together with the original envelope cancelled 28-29 Avril 1979. It is hard to believe a more beautiful, signed photo of the Princess exists. In near Mint condition.........................$575.00
