Katzir, Ephraim (1916-2009) Fourth President of Israel. In November 1977, he hosted President Anwar Sadat of Egypt, the first ever official visit of an Arab Head of State. Block of four Ephraim Katzir Israeli postage stamps, signed twice on the selvage, once in English and again in Hebrew.
