Very Rare Cover signed by Michael Jackson and Bobby Pickett
JACKSON, Michael (1958-2009). American singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer and actor. Called “The King of Pop”. Winner of 13 Grammy Awards. His “Thriller” album was released in late 1982 and was the best selling album of all time in the United States.
PICKETT, Bobby ‘Boris’ (1938-2007). Singer, songwriter best known for his #1 Halloween novelty song “Monster Mash”. The single was #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in October 1962. Both Boris Karloff and Bob Dylan was impressed with the song. Legal size Halloween cover with a cachet of a spider web, three flying bats, a spider and a pumpkin. Affixed is a 32 cent US Dracula stamp along with a stamped of Boris Karloff, Tribute Station, Oct. 24, 998, Pequabuck, CT 06781 cancellation. Boldly signed by Michael Jackson in black sharpie and in silver ink by “Bobby Boris Karloff.” Five hundred of these covers commemorating Boris Karloff were each hand signed by Michael Jackson for an upcoming project to commemorate the Thriller Anniversary. It is believed that Pickett signed no more than six of these covers. This is one of those six covers. In fine condition...................SOLD
