HAGUE, Michael (1948- ) Noted American author/illustrator of children’s fantasy books. Especially noted for “The Book of Dragons,” “The Hobbit,” ‘Alice in Wonderland” The Wind and the Willows,” and over 80 more. Hague was influenced by Arthur Rackham, N.C. Wyeth and Howard Pyle. Many say his illustrations can be breathe taking. Very scarce color photograph, 8”x10” of Hague signing one of his books at a book signing. Autographed with his ornate signature.
