Scarce Combination of Signatures ARMSTRONG, Harry (1879-1951). American composer. Together they are noted for their ballad “Sweet Adeline” which has broken the hearts of many thru bar room quartets. The song was first published in 1903. Both have signed their names in ink on a 3”x5” card. Armstrong has added “writers of “Sweet Adeline”.
