FISCHER, R. (1943-20080. American chess grandmaster. Eleventh World Chess champion. A book from his library: King Pawn Openings B.T Batsford Limited London, 1975. Two hundred sixty-four pages heavily illustrated. Signed, “R. Fischer” inside the front cover. Book in very good condition with dust jacket. On the front free endpaper is a rubber stamp from an English chess bookseller. Fischer’s personal collection of chess books was purchased by a lower New York City bookseller. Estimated about 60 books were in the collection which we purchased eighteen. This is one of two books left from that collection.................$1500.00
