Above is a small sketch of what appears to be a baker’s cap. This sheet has been encapsulated for protection but easily removable if so desired, Together with an original engraved card of Mary Jane McCaffree. She writes on this card : “Chief of Staff to Mrs. Eisenhower 1953-61. This self-portrait of Dwight D. Eisenhower has been in my possession since our White House days. MJMC.’’ Purchased directly from Mrs. McCaffree at her home in West Palm Beach, Florida. In fine condition. Not published.............$2450.00
