Dalton Brothers Bank Robbery and Shoot Out
DALTON GANG. Emmett Dalton, Grat Dalton, Bob Dalton, Dick Broadwell and Bill Power. Group of outlaws and the five members of the Dalton Brothers Gang, Their last bank robbery was on October 5, 1892 when the five tried to rob two banks in Coffeyville, Kansas at the same time. The banks were right down the street from each other. Four of the five gang members were shot and killed in the alley across the street from the Condon Bank. Four citizens were killed defending the banks. Original red brick from the street from the side of the Condon Bank in Coffeeville, Kansas.
