On the List of American Monsters CORONA, Juan V. (1934-2018)  Mexican serial killer aka The Machete Murderer. During the 60’s to 1971 while a farmer he killed 25 migrant workers on his large orchard. He was sentenced to 25 consecutive terms of life imprisonment. While in prison he barely survived a stabbing attack. Convicted of the 25 killings in 1973, this was the most until John Wayne Gacy was convicted of 33 in 1980.  Corona’s name remains on the list of American monsters.  T.L.S.
