Founder of Chick-fil-A CATHY, S. Truett  (1921-2014)  American entrepreneur, founder of Chick-fil-A. In 1967 he opened his first Chick-fil-A restaurant which was unique in two ways. It served the first boneless breast chicken sandwich and it was the first fast food restaurant to operate in a shopping mall. There are more than 1,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants today.   The book “Eat Mor Chikin”, Looking Glass Books, 2002, First Edition, two hundred pages, illustrated.
