Carter and Gacy- one of a kind
CARTER, Rosalynn (1927- ). First Lady of the United States (1977-1981). Only the third First Lady to be inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame. In 1999 she received the Presidential Medal of Freedom. On May 6, 1978, Carter as First Lady had a meeting with noted serial killer John Wayne Gacy. At this point he had already killed about 29 boys. Gacy was active in the democratic politics. They got together for the Polish Constitution parade. Carter even inscribed and signed a photograph of herself to Gacy.
John Wayne Gacy (March 17, 1942 - May 10, 1994) was an American serial killer and sex offender who raped, tortured, and murdered at least 33 young men and boys. Gacy regularly performed at children's hospitals and charitable events as "Pogo the Clown" or "Patches the Clown", personas he had devised. He became known as the Killer Clown due to his public services as a clown prior to the discovery of his crimes. Slip of paper, 4.5”x5.5” signed with a full signature of Roslynn Carter and below by John W. Gacy with the date 1990 (while in prison.) Most likely one of a kin.............................SOLD
