Rare WWI Ace
MAJOR GENERAL Carl-August von Schoenebeck (1898-1989). German fighter pilot during WWI. Commanded Jasta 33. Ace credited wit 8 victories. He was a test pilot from 1930 to 1935. Joined the Luftwaffe in 1934. He was a prisoner of war from 1945 to 1948. Wonderful photograph, 5”x7”, B&W, full length pose dressed in his full length leather coat standing in front of his plane. Boldly signed adding his rank and Jasta 33 in his hand. In choice condition. Rare............$225.00
