CASTRO, Fidel Official membership card for the Union of Young Communists, issued to I. Agramonte of Havana.  Official stamp in purple ink on the front of the card. On the verso is a lengthy printed message signed in print “Fidel.” On the front of the card, Fidel Castro has signed his name in red.  SOLD

Inscribed, signed and dated “Havana 1944” by Ernesto Lecuona.  Together with a handwritten letter from the Secretary of the Sociedad General De Autores De Cuba presenting the photograph.  The original envelope with two attractive cancelled 3 cent Cuban stamps is included. The envelope contains a tape across it stating the package was opened and examined.  $675.00

He has identified the music and inscribed, signed and dated this piece: “La Habana, Febrero, 14/1945” (on Valentines Day).  A very desirable piece and in fine condition.   $495.00

Torrado Committed Suicide

TORRADO, Osvaldo One day after Castro met with Khrushchev, on July 4, 1962, President Torrado sends a typed letter on his official stationery “El Presidents De La Republica” La Habana to a collector in Brooklyn, New York regarding a photograph and his autograph.  The letter bears a wonderful signature of Osvaldo Torrado and is in fine condition  $285.00
