One of the Most Sadistic Murderers in U.S. History
TOOLE, Ottis Elwood (1947-1996). Murderer. His father left shortly after his birth and his mother always hoped for a daughter, dressed Ottis accordingly complete with skirts and friily undergarments. His grandmother an alleged Satanist branded Ottis as “The Devils Child.” Ottis derived satisfaction from torching houses. By his own admission he committed his first murder at the age of 14. Classified as retarded with an IQ of 75. He was married briefly for three days. He teamed up with Henry Lucas and they became homicidal soul-mates. They practiced cannibalism and were called by a Jacksonville detective “Two of the most sadistic murderers in the history of this country.” Original ink sketches, possibly a self portrait of Toole. Two head shots with one having his hand chopped off and the other head shot with his hair being chopped off with a sword. Chilling!
