The above named presidents have signed making this a most unusual item, Notes, in pencil on verso. LBJ autographed on 12/20/1963. JFK on 4/15/1961. Gerald R. Ford on 1/26/1988, Jimmy Carter on 12/22/1987, Richard Nixon on 1/30/1988, and signed by Stephen Koschal. Additionally, by the hand of Stephen Koschal: “Ronald Reagan autographed this for Senator Mark O. Hatfield on Friday8/4/88 in the oval office. He was quite impressed with all the signatures. Written just below: “Signed by President Bush in the oval office on 3/12/91. At the very lower part of this side is writing in ink by the hand of Senator Mark O. Hatfield: “Presidents’ Reagan & Bush signed their names to this document in my presence. Mark O. Hatfield.” Quite impressive, and in fine condition..............$11,500.00   |
