CARTER, Jimmy (1924-2024) 39th President of the United States (1977-1981). One of his major accomplishments was to help negotiate peace between Israel and Egypt. Portion of a large manila envelope. Measures 5.25”x8” sealed with Presidential wax seal of Abraham Lincoln. Stapled at the top is the return address portion of the envelope ”From The President Of The United States.” Just below Lincoln’s wax seal are the hand signed signatures of Ford and Carter. Most unusual. Wax seal is in near perfect condition except for a vey small chip on the left side of the seal. Lincoln’s seal depicts the American Eagle along with 35 stars and the words “Seal of the President of the United States. Most likely a unique presidential collector’s item..............$875.00  |
