WYMAN, Jane (1917-2007) American actress, singer and dancer. Born Sarah Jane Mayfield. She featured in over 80 films. Winner of Best Actress Oscar for “Johnny Belinda” (1948). She is the only wife of a future United States president to win such an award. Wyman holds the record for the longest screen kiss, 3 minutes,
and 5 seconds. She appeared in films with her future husband, Ronald Reagan. Ronald Reagan was her first husband and they had one child who lived only nine hours. She was married to Ronald Reagan (1940-1949). Jane Wyman is one of only 11 to be an honorary U.S. First Lady. Jane Wyman was a Republican and voted for Ronald Reagan twice and attended his funeral.
