PRINCE Rogers Nelson (1958-2016). American singer, songwriter, record producer and actor. He sold over 100 million records. Winner of the Academy Award for the film Purple Rain. Very scarce Purple Rain original promotional poster, Produced by Warner Bros. Records, 1984. This poster captures a color portrait of the group led by Prince. Very boldly signed “Prince” using a blue Sharpie pen. This poster is one of three items signed for our well known “in person” collector on Sunday, September 18, 1988 at the Plaza Athena Hotel, New York. Prince was there after his performance for the 15th Anniversary of Saturday Night Live. Original folds otherwise in very fine condition...........................$650.00
